]]> Nora and Timothea invited us to watch their hockey team, the Evanston Tigers play against the Storm at the Leafs Ice Center in Dundee.

It was a fun game and they played really well and won 2-0.

]]> I went to Nasse’s A School graduation at the Great Lakes Naval Base.  The short ceremony was really nice.  I was pleased that he graduated with honors.  He’ll be sticking around Great Lakes for a little while before he gets his orders.  Perhaps Virginia or San Diego is next for him.  We went to an on-base pub for lunch.  I sent pictures to his Mom and brother.

]]> Nasse -- Great Lakes Naval StationNasse, Mike’s friend from under grad, just graduated from his basic training at the Great Lake’s Naval Station.  I met his Mom and brother.  We went out for dinner and took lots of pictures.

The day started at 6:30am.  I stayed at the nearby Holiday Inn Express.

Congratulations Nasse!
