Captiva vacation, April 2014
For our Captiva vacation, we stayed at Lands End again this year, but this time we stayed on the side with the golf course view.
We kayaked 4 times, once all four of us! We had great weather, saw dolphin, manatee, heron, egrets and a friendly cormorant who used the shadow of our boats to catch fish.
One evening on our Captiva vacation, we went to Ding Darling at sunset (low tide!). There were lots of birds there. We were happy to see the Rosette Spoonbills flying in, two at a time, to roost for the evening.
