Fox River Bike Trail – Geneva to North Aurora

We are back for another bike ride along the Fox River Bike Trail. We were last here less than a week ago.

For today, we started at the Fabyan Windmill Park in Batavia, headed South along the East side of the Fox River. We crossed the river at the State Street bridge in North Aurora headed back North, through the downtown Batavia area and back to the starting point.

The weather was fantantastic. Temperatures in the upper 60s with a brisk breeze. The trail is nicely wooded and the wind wasn’t really a factor.

From the rains this week, the Fox River had a little more water flow and looked a little greener. But it is still really low.
