Liz MFA Graduation Day UW-Madison 5/14/17
For graduation day, we drove in to Madison from Naperville and went to the School of Human Ecology’s graduate student recognition reception. This was very nice and small and we really like the Dean’s enthusiasm.
Then we drove over to the Kohl Center. The ceremony started at 5:30 and lasted for about 2 hours. We met with Liz’s adviser afterwards and took pictures outside.
We went to dinner at Fleming’s for a really nice, fancy steak dinner. Liz left her keys at home and spent the night at her adviser’s house. We spent the night at the Madison Marriott West near Middleton.
We are so pleased and happy for Liz. Congratulations!
