Wisconsin Vs Illinois 111216

We visited Liz in Madison on Homecoming Weekend.  Even though it was cool, we had lots of fun at the Wisconsin vs Illinois football game.  We sat on the 35 yard line and saw the team played dominate the Illini.  ESPN box score.   After the game, we went out to Karben4 Brewing– a nice, local, pub.  We went shopping at Target and called it a night.  We spent the night at the somewhat remote  Holiday Inn Madison At The American Center.  If everything else is booked, I would go back here.  It was nice and new, and close to the highway.  But far from campus.

Sunday morning, we had brunch at our favorite La Brioche and then took Liz to Whole Foods.

It was a nice visit!!
